Lately, I've been on a fitness kick. And I've never felt so good. It got me thinking about how an exercise newbie could use the Internet to maximise her workout potential. I did a Google search to see what I could come up with. I'm not going to a gym for weigh loss, so I eliminated blogs that dealt with that. One blog I came across was Fitness Black Book (http://fitnessblackbook.com/) with the tagline: Advanced Tips Your Personal Trainer Doesn't Know. I found all sorts of interesting stuff, including questions like: are you just have a high pain to tolerance? The author tells you not to become gym obsessed, to skip a workout if you're planning on going for a walk, and to not spend your life constantly worrying.

Dancer Mrinalini Sarabhai sets up blog, Twitter and Facebook to follow
Blogging has come of age in India. Ninety-two-year-old Mrinalini Sarabhai is the latest to hop onto the bandwagon. The legendary dancer has set up a blog on Blogger.com.
"Ageing is a mindset. keep working, keep interested and active!" she begins. It was her 26-year-old grandson, Revanta, who urged her into hitting the keyboard.
Not a lifestory
Blogs aren't new to Mrinalini: "I am a passionate reader, always open to the throbs of the contemporary world. The word 'blog' was always there in my vocabulary.
Whenever I hear about some interesting posts by people, I always check them out."
The Padma Bhushan recipient plans to share personal anecdotes and random thoughts across her e-journal, which has two posts so far.
She is making sure the blog doesn't reas like the story of her life. her autobiography was published in 2004. "I don't think I should 'trouble' my readers again," she says.
Tweeting is next. Says Sarabhai, "I will share my blog contents through Twitter and Facebook."
Give art a chance
There are some blogs that transcend every other definition of blog you've seen before. These are the kind of blogs you might call beautiful, even if you never thought you'd use that word for anything on the Interent.
There are webcomics and there are illustration blogs. They're as different from each other as say, Old Monk and a very fine wine.

Either way, I'd like more email, so please keep writing in!
