Cops take action on 29 out of 35 traffic complaints on webpage

Altough netizens have been uploading photos of law-breakers, the Mumbai traffic police's official webpage on Facebook has not been uploaded since Thursday. However, Hindustan Times has also created a webpage on Facebook in association with the traffic police 20 days ago so that commuters can post complaints against errant taxi and auto drivers.
The webpage is called HT Mumbai First.

The webpage have received 35 complaints, which were forwarded to the traffic department. 29 complaints were acte upon. HT then posted the response of the traffic police.
The HT team notes down the genuine complaints posted by netizens and forwards them to the traffic police.
The traffic police take action on the drivers and HT then updates this on the webpage within a day or two so that the commuters remain motivated.
"We have to forward these compleaints to the RTO department after which get the addresses of the drivers, serve them a sommons, and call them to the headquarters to penalise them," said Police Inspector M. Chavan from the traffic police.

Corruption in government offices.

Drives against the ghutka, pan masalas ets.
