Film-maker MAHESH BHATT tweets that he has cheated on his wife; SONI RAZDAN surprised

FILM-MAKER Mahesh Bhatt publicly declared on his Twitter page two days ago that he was ashamed of cheating on his wife and being an alcoholic. He also added that he is ashamed of being a son out of wedlock.
Mahesh married twice - his first wife was Kiran Bhatt who is the mother of film-maker Pooja Bhatt and her brother Rahul. He later married former actor Soni Razdan with whom he has two daughters - Shaheen and Aalia.
It was reported earlier that and later confirmed by Mahesh himself that he had an intimate affair with late actor Parveen Babi. Mahesh was married at that point of time. "What people are ashamed of usually makes a good story.. I was ashamed of cheating an my wife, of being a child born out of wedlock, of being an alcoholic. These emotions created AETH, ZAKHM, DADDY," Bhatt posted on his Twitter account on June 29.
Soni was unaware of the postings. When we asked her about them, she said, "I have not heard about the posts. Nobody has told me. What has he written there?" She went on to add, "Listen, I don't have time for what he (Mahesh Bhatt) is writing there (Twitter). I have much more important things to do."
Pooja was not available to go on record but family sources say she wouldn't have commented on her dad's Twitter post anyway.
"It's Mahesh's personal discretion about what he wishes to post on Twitter," says a family source.
